Can't make my mic to work!!!!!!!

Hello,
for some days i tried to make my mic work but it's not. I can hear my self but when i try to make the pc to recognize me it give me this error ( impossible to launch the assistante. be sure that ur mic is working and also ur configuration) but my configuration is ok and the mic is working since i hear my self and i'v tried it on an other cumputer a windows 7 and i'm using vista 64 bit by the way. I think that tghe problem is that it has digital in activated but i can't desactivate it. I don't know what to do now and by the way my driver is updated.
