Help me on my Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG

Hello,
I have buy new acer aspire4710, i have now installed Windows XP profasional, the problem is that I cant install Wi-Fi on my computer. I downloaded driver for this from severl Site but problem exist. now I dont know what to Do. the msg is that No driver is installed for this device. Help me resolving this Problem. Thanks!!!!

I got the same problem with the intel wireless wifi link 4965agn, i already download the driver from intel website, and started, when is about to finish, send me a message of error, can't install, there's a problem, but does not tell what's the problem. So, now i don't have wifi. It's been working just fine, till yesterday that i can't connect, and i uninstall the Intel Pro Wireless, and Install it again, and nothing. My daughter deleted the realtrek wireless net connection from the desk top. Do I have to get a new disk and reinstall or can I down load something off of the internet?
