Username and password window does not appear

Hello,

using windows 7 evrytime i type the server \\server it always ask for the username and a password but now it automatically opens the \\server window but can't open anything.
any help thanks

you can create a new user and password.

start menu>control pannel>user account.

ur account and password is created
