Gateway to bravia tv DVI (PC) to VGA (TV)

Hello,

I can't establish a connection between my gateway tower and sony bravia. I've check if the cable has a problem by connecting it to my netbook and it is in perfect condition. I am cusing a VGA cable with DVI adapter. Can someone please help me?

make sure the tower is configured to use 2 screens in the display properties. are you starting this connection with the pc off and the tv on then turn on pc the tv may then show up.
