Sound driver lost in my laptop

In my laptop sound driver is missed(sound is not getting).

Serial no - 1073A1275603

Please do need full.

Hi,

Open run and type devmgmt.msc ,press enter and give your feedback if there are yellow triangle/s .Also before this occurs were you having sound and last action done before sound is missing.

I formatted my laptop afterwords not getting sounds.
i checked in device manager there i can see yellow round in Conexant High definition Audio

go to google and type need motherboard sound drive for ________________________ type the brand name and model name

if you have a motherboard drive cd which you got with the laptop check in it
