Speakers and headphones won't work [Solved/Closed]

Hello,
please help, I have no idea what to do my headphones nor my speakers will work. I tried everything, and they just won't work. I am scared I broke my Toshiba, Satellite L645D. I don't have the money for a new laptop I need to have mine fixed. no sound is awful. I say this again, PLEASE HELP.

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> Control Panel --> Under "System and Security", click on "Find

and fix problems" --> Under "Hardware and Sound", click on "Troubleshoot audio

playback" and follow the instructions.

If the problem still exists then reinstall your audio drivers once again. You can

download the drivers from the manufacture's website.

i have problems with the audio with skype , when I call im not able to hear them , any suggestions on what I should do? ur tip worked very well thanky ou! :D
look pal I have ben spending hours to listen to music and I just cant seen to get it so god help us both
