I have downloaded the game assassins creed 3. Not able to install it, whenever am trying to install it , after choosing the language option it shows "Couldn't retrieve installation folder. Installation will be aborted."... what to do???? Help. please

did u download the patch or the game because the same happened to me in the patch?
