I couldn't copy my files from my Sony Digital camera. I couldn't even view them on my laptop! It keeps on saying "requested source is in use". What should I do please?

Good Morning,

If you have a disk in the camara, take the disk out and insert it directly in the PC..If no removable disk, then you may need to download software to gain access to that resource. Check at Sony for software download.

I hope this gives you some direction.
