Please understand, we have no way of verifying that you are the owner of said laptop, so therefore we cannot assist you with forgotten passwords.
Contact the Manufacturer and ask for assistance from the maker of the laptop.
Take the Machine to a local repair shop and ask them for help.
I hope that you undersand. Also, when posting about technical issues, always remeber to disclose the equipment maker, type, model and OS.
