Help! Laptop keeps on restarting!

My laptop is an acer aspire windows 7

It is stuck on windows error recover and when choosing any of the options, i.e, safe mode,last know good config, normally, it still flashes a blue screen for a quick time and restarts again


Ive trying to repair by inserting the windows installation disk but after i chose the preferred lang and everything, when i choose the repair your computer it gets stuck on the background image with only the mouse moving

Help please, i need help asap

I suggest you take the laptop to a local repair shop. This looks like a hardware problem that needs hands-on access to diagnose.
