Mixing RAM, DDR with DDR2 or DDR 3 HELP ME PLZ.

ram ddr 1GB AND 0.5 GB( 2 SLOTS)


WHETHER DDR 1 CAN BE REPLACED?
OR
DDR2 / DDR3 will suite?

plz help me to upgrade ram memory

Hello,

DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 cannot be mixed. If your motherboard's RAM is originally DDR than only DDR will work.

You can increase your RAM with DDR, ensuring the most powerful stick is in the first slot.
