I'm having this problem which doesn't show up every time I try to use my computer, when I hit the power button sometimes it turns on/off/on/off then on and computer will boot complete which seems that i can use it with no problem.
any help?

It seems you have a power supply failure to which only a qualified hands-on technician can look into.
