i had a virus and ran an anti virus software and after that i shut down my computer. But then i wanted to start the computer again and instead of the desktop screen everything was black.adds still apear but nothing else

I suggest you have a local PC repair shop re-install Windows. That's the only way to insure that the virus/malware is fully removed.
