Acer screen stops displaying

the system was working web I took it to a technician shop nd den change my hard drive from 40gb to 50gb with 256mb of ram.. at first it was working wen we turned it on but the technician try drving d system nd it already low batter..nd up till nw d system is still blank on the screen

1)do power off and removepower plug and Remove battery and press start bottom 30 second..and plug battery and press start button with power button...may be screen startup
