Files recovery from locker of folder lock

Hi,
I have locked few files using Folder lock in my windows 8.1 64 bit.
Now, when i try to open the folder lock, its not launching itself.
I tried launching in Safe Mode also but there also folder lock is not launching.
Can you please help me out to recover my files/audio from locker of folder lock ?
P.S - I know the password of the locker.

This used to work for old versions of Folder Lock:

1 - Open your computer in Safe Mode
2 - Start folder lock - it should run without asking for a password
3 - Unlock your files.

It is not launching in safe mode also. what to do?

could you try reinstalling Folder Lock?

Yes now it will be install but data will not recover of this version you install the old version of folder lock like V1.3 and above that error will be showing.. please help how to recover it.
