I assume you are using a Windows laptop. The best solution is to replace the keyboard the next best solution is to use an external USB keyboard.
you can also use the "on screen keyboard" for the enter button.
click on Start
enter osk.exe in the search box
click on "osk.exe" in the list of programs
that should start the On Screen Keyboard
