My stupid laptop

Hey ppl I Got the aspire one for christnas and i only got it for msn and i found out you cant get it so ... i used the one on here but i try and sign in but it says our prootcol is not supported , i think and i keep tryin and trying i relli want to get too si gn in the laptop is really annoying me so if any one knowws how to do this please please could you help me because im trying evreything, Thank you please get back to me

I what i know is for these problems of aspire one with msn errors you have just to try to update your laptop, launch update will take some time, perhaps more than 1 hour
after everything will work good and you will be able to connect to your msn
