I forgot my password and there is No access to all

Hello,
I forgot my password in my yahoomail account and i don't have any access on it. My alternative email address was no longer active. There is still an option, i Indicate my Cellphone number in my account But Sad is, I lost my phone recently. So there is no Chance to access my Yahoo acount. Hope You can help me. Thank you.
