Laptop not starting

I am getting this problem since 2 weeks that whenever I press the power button of my Laptop it does some processing and within 4-5 sec it gives a beep sound and then again shuts down.
Laptop model: Dell inspiron 5521

I assume that your motherboard is faulty..

wait first of all contact the valid technician to make sure it is motherboard faulty. if yes then replace it. or contact the manufacturer if it is under warranty..
High temperature and dust can cause this.

but after 10-12 try it become functional like now I am using my laptop but the only problem is it can't restart

no along with the problem stated above it also can't restart
but after some try like 10-12 times pressing the power button the laptop does start but still restart problem is there which causes failure of updates
