Hello,
I have tried all these solutions yet my keyboard still wont work i have to use my touchscreen keyboard its very annoying. If i turn my computer off my keyboard works but only for a little bit i cant play Minecraft or Sims4. I have windows 8 and an hp 360 laptop if someone could please help me that would be fantastic thank you!!

How long have you had it? Have you tried to look on the HP website for a possible known solution? It may be something like a firmware upgrade, or update that fixes it. Try looking on HP support site for your problem.

The owner's manual also has numerous solutions for keyboard issues.
