My laptop some keys doesn't work

i have a problem with my laptop some keys doesn't work, the key "l" they appear "15\" and key "o" they appear "9-"pz help me

You probably need to replace the internal keyboard. I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard first to confirm the diagnosis.
