Windows 10 features added cannot connect to internet?

Hello,

just last night I upgraded to Windows 10 on my Asus Windows 7 laptop, however much of the new features (Windows Store, Update, Cortana, Edge, etc) cannot connect to internet. However old stuff such as chrome, minecraft and so on can connect. The windows update diagnostics tool said that there was a problem with bits service. Help?

Hi

Bits is: Background Intelligent Transfer Service.

Microsoft has not yet solved the issue.
