I attempted a factory reset on my Dell Inspiron 14 running Windows 10. It was stuck at 58% so I switched it off and on again and repeated the process. When it didn't work a second time I tried to do it again but it just gives me a blank screen right after the Dell logo every time. Is there anything I can do?

I suggest you borrow a Windows 10 install DVD and try to install from it. I appears that your restore partition is corrupted.

Good Luck

Will I need to enter a product key if I install it through a USB?

The upgrade is free if you have Win 7 installed on the PC.
