Windows failing to start - Looking for Command Prompt access...

Hi Forum....

Having issues with Windows failing to start - Windows Boot Manager

Using Office Home 2007 (Appreciate this is Old).

Have read all the notes on how to get this sorted but have a problem with getting the CD / DVD to register in command prompt] (Black screen) mode. (Not getting the push any key to Boot CD, message, etc)

Everything that I try will not allow me to bring up a Command Prompt to be able to go through the necessary changes.

Have reset the Bios to ensure that CD DVD are at the top of the list...

What guidance / solutions can be offered, please......
