PC new monitor no signal after booting!

Hello I just got a new monitor and It's working fine up until it finishes booting up then it goes black. I think it is a problem with the display settings but I cannot seem to fix it been 2 hours trying to fix this problem. the old monitor still works.

OK, are your PC settings at a level that the monitor can handle? Boot in safe mode, and let us know what happens.
