Cannot log into my account because i dont know my password

hello my name is norma and i have an account with yahoo.com but i cant get on my email cause it says that i have the wrong password thats incorrect so i will like to reset it and make a new one if you can please help me i will really appreciatted i dont wanna have to make a new one because ima loose all my emails and their from my job their really important to me...... the email that i put on the bottom its a different email so i can be able to reset my password
