How can I retrive my password for my gmail account

Hello I would like to know how can I retrive my password for my gmail account that's not register with the number I have now

You can't recover your gmail password to your new mobile number until you make changes in the account details of your mail.

Yeah the problem is I don't know my password for the account every time I tried to retrieve it send it to my old #

Last month I jus got a new phone because the other one crashed on bt I forgot my password to my gmail n I never switch the # to that gmail account

if you have not used your Gmail account for over 30 days, it was probably deleted from the server. You must then create a new one, insuring that you note your password and security question and store it a safe place, remembering where the safe place is.
