HP stream notbook not booting up

I have a HP stream notbook pc 13 thats starting and going to the hp screen then it keeps restarting and doing the same thing. i was going to reset it to delete all my downloaded content and then it started doing that . Any solutions to my problem??

Enter into safe mode:

For windows 8/10:

Trouble Shoot -> Advanced Options -> Command Prompt

CMD> bootrec /scanos
CMD> bootrec /rebuildbcd
CMD> bootrec /fixmbr
CMD> bootrec /fixboot

Reboot.

Its not booting up all it does is go to the hp sign then shut off so i cant do that

It says your pc needs to be repaired. A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed. Error code: 0xc0000225. Youll need to use yhe recovery tools on your installation media.

Which operating system you using and your have that windows OS CD?

Did you using windows xp or vista or 7 or 8?

You can enter into safe mode:

Press F11 or shift+F8 key immediately after starting up of laptop. Do not wait until windows logo appear otherwise you can't.

there could be severat reason for this kind of problem. first could be, your operating system got corrupted.
so first you should try to repair your operating system.
