How to remove write protection

Hello,

I have failed to remove write protection on my usb i have tried videos i saw on YouTube and even cmd i have even used your methods too.
Now after all that my flash is now unreadable it say format disk to use when i try formatting ot tells me windows cant format the disk

Youtube is not the best place to get solution to an issue.
