Yahoo mail wrong password

I can't log in my yahoo mailbox, its say wrong password and I tried to do the alternative email and it seams to have been changed to. So I guess someone has hacked my yahoo accounts. It won't give me the option to answer my secret questions. What can I do to regain access to my yahoo email?
