Tally ERP 9 hangs when I exit Tally - Windows XP SP3

Hello,

After I set ODBC Server to Yes. Tally hangs when I exit Tally. MS Excel also hangs when try to refresh data.

I did that. They are asking to reinstall ODBC server for OS which is windows XP SP3. I reinstalled everything after formatting the HDD. It worked for a day or so and again same problem started.
