tally 9 file corrupt Closed

Question

Hello,  
when I opened my tally.ERP 9, it is not opening ang I got a message, "file corrupted." and automatically it is closing. what will be the problem please? 


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

I too have the same problem. I did uninstall and reinstall and the problem was solved but again next day the same error "File Corrupted" comes and closes automatically. Can anyone help pls...

Hi there,

Reinstall the application ,else download it again as there may be missing file in it .

Try to open tally in its default location...( Don't open from any shortcuts)..
