Windows xp connected to dial up, but browser wont show

I Just bought this dial up modem here, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005C4680A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 On the computer, it will dial up and connect at about 24-28kbps, it even says that at the corner of monitor, but when I load google or ANY website on IE, Chrome, or even firefox it says unable to load page, but my dial up is connected, I don't understand how to fix this, does anyone know?

Thanks, But I'm sure that's about LAN, I'm using a dial-up internet connection
