Is it your gateway, or your ISP's? If it is your ISP's, then contact them and they will assist you in conecting and consuming their service. If it is your gateway, then reboot it and try again. If it still doesn't work, take the ethernet cord that is going between the ISP gateway, and yours. disconnect the end that is connected to YOUR gateway, and connect the PC/LAPTOP. Do you browse now? If not, call your ISP!
