Hello,
I created a new Hotmail email and when I try to login it doesn't recognize my password. I never got to a screen to setup my email account. when I ask to have my password reset thru Microsoft they indicate it have not provided enough information to reset. Please help.

what problem you are facing with the email ?
is this the first time you are facing this problem with your email?
