MEGAsync is the desktop version of MEGA, an online storage service that provides users with 50GB of free space*. Its function is to synchronise folders between your computer and your MEGA Cloud Drive. All the files and subfolders are copied in both directions, meaning changes that you make on your device will be made on the MEGA Cloud Drive in near real time.
Note: The 50GB of free space is only for the first month, this then reduces to 15GB. With MEGA then encouraging use of its paid plans.
Once in use, you can monitor selected folders and immediately update any changes. The option menu allows you to manage your transfers, set speed limits when uploading and downloading files and modify other settings in the program.
