Connect tablet to my laptop via USB cable bsod wont boot

My laptop Is showing an error message: if this is the first time this happened, restart system. Please what should I do.
I plugged in my tablet to my laptop via USB cable. It showed the error message in a blue screen, so I turned of the system. Now it won't come back on. Please help

What is the make and model of your laptop?

What is your operating system?

Can you boot in safe mode?

What did it say on the blue screen?

Is your tablet Android?
