Hello,
An expert you say! More like a nincompoop!
Was your computer originally on Windows 7? How did you get to Windows 10?

Hi Laikus
Permit me to say that Leonardelli is an incompetent twit an assino.
VIDEO_TRD_FAILURE problem had to do with your video card not the operating system.
You would need to give me some details about what the system won't read your backup files otherwise I can't tell you why.
If you purchased your machine with Windows 10, if you do not have Windows 10 on recovery disks, to go back to Windows 10 your would need to restore your system to Factory settings. Again, that operation will erase all of your data including programmes that you have installed after the purchase.
What did Leonardelli say about your issue? Did you complain?
Arrivederci
