I have an Aspire ATC-220. It seems to be locked in 64 bit mode. I have tried to boot with Windows 10 32 bit to install it as a dual drive, but the system will not even read 32 bit system disks. I have several programs that I use that windows 64 bit will not read. The message I get is that they are incompatible. I thought I read in the advertisement that this board had a duel BIOS. Perhaps some one can tell me if this is true, and how I may change to the other BIOS. I really would like to avoid using the other programs, as it would be a lot of work to learn a new program, as well as change the spreadsheets I have to a new form. I have tried LibreOffice but they do not import the graphics.

Thank You for you help

your problem is not with the BIOS.

Is the 32 bit Windows disk a pirated disk ?

No I have purchased the Windows 7 and downloaded Windows 10 image from Microsoft. It appears that the system is locked only on Windows 10 64 bit. I tried to load Windows 7 64 bit to a new drive to test the system and it refused to install Windows 7 64bit, it just read the disk and ignored it. I previously use the Windows 7 64 on another system previously. Before it crashed, and I purchased this one.

I have never had a system that was locked up to one operating system.

I have in the past had multiple boot system with both 64 bit and 32 bit Windows systems, to use older programs, on the 32 bit system.
