I lost my phone and I can't sing into my Gmail, the recovery email that is provided with it I no longer have access to so no matter what I do it tells me Gmail can't verify it's me so it won't let me in n still sends me to the internet to recovery account, which I have attempted several times. Isn't there a way to call Google support or a email address I can contact them at.

Hi

No, there is no contact for Gmail support, if there were they would need to hire 60,000 more employees to answer millions of requests monthly.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device or number you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a recovery email to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
