HP Laptop Keyboard not responding

Hello, I just biught an HP laptop; and when I tried to use it this morning I was unable to do so, I could not even use the PIN to log in to it, the letters on the keyboard are not working. I already tried tyrning it off and raking tbe battery off for thirty seconds. I did twice already, and it still not working. Can you please help me with this issue??

Hi

Looks like your keyboard may need to be replaced, time for a trip to the repair shop.
