Keyboard divide button doesn't work

Hello,

i have a lenovo laptop and im doing some maths work on the internet on BKSB but it does not let me type the divide button in, ive tried every single shortcut ive een on the internet nothing is working, when i press the divide key it comes up with a slah sign (/) i need it fixed asap please help....

The slash sign means divide in Excel otherwise in word, you would need to type the colon :
