Hello,

I am using the touchscreen keyboard to type this, since I cannot type anything with the real keyboard. None of my apps are responding to what I am typing. I have searched other sources for answers and have even asked my dad, who is a computer programmer. Nothing anyone is suggesting has worked. Please help!

did you try using a external USB keyboard?
