Hello,
I just bought a Dell inspiron 11 3000 series and all of a sudden no issues before it won't turn on. Or maybe its on but the screen it black I have a power light that shows it should be on.

You might try this hard restart procedure:

1. remove the battery and unplug the charger
2. press and hold down the power button for 60 seconds
3. insert the battery and attach the charger
4. start and normal

well it does not work on BROKEN computers
