Password to what?
Did you change the number intentionally? Before you do actions such as these, you really need to set the account up with secondary questions, or some other sort of verification. Mobile numbers (well i have paid my bill and kept up with my phone for over 8 years, but enough about me!) tend to change QUITE frequently from from what I have read about in the past 4 years!
