Need to find an email

Hello,
I've been using my email ***@*** for ever, but had not signed into it for a while. I changed the password and signed into it but did not receive any emails in it and no old ones came thru. I am waiting on an email and need to recover any emails that have been sent to ***@*** if possilbe
