Need to find an email

Hello,
I've been using my email ***@*** for ever, but had not signed into it for a while. I changed the password and signed into it but did not receive any emails in it and no old ones came thru. I am waiting on an email and need to recover any emails that have been sent to ***@*** if possilbe

I've seen my email but there is no notice why my facebook account is blocked.

Facebook is where I communicate with friends and family, also with my colleagues. I hope my facebook account reactivated.
So far, I always write lots of good reviews about facebook in my own webs many is often accessed by the Indonesia.
I can only guess maybe my mistake why my facebook account is blocked because I always confirm every friend recommended to me.

If it was my fault then I will not repeat it again and more selective in adding friends.

First, thanks for your help in advance!
This is a throwaway account. I had to ask my question here, since my previous searches into the issue haven't been very successful with finding a solution. Also, sorry for a long post coming, but I want to give you as much context and info as I can. Don't know if it's relevant, but I'm not in the US.
About two years ago (or more) I made an Instagram account which I intended to link to my blog. As I didn't like the platform, I deleted my account like a day later, removed my email from it and removed the app from my phone (and I don't even use the phone I had it on, gave it to my parents).
Yesterday, I get a message ...
