I'm linked to Verizon yahoo it's my main account I have forgotten password but cell phone used in info is no longer active.i did do secrecy question plus sign in helper I no both answers but can't get to answer I have been trying for four yrs n seen it all talked to both Verizon n yahoo which send me BK n fourth can someone out there please help me ...

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for one year, it is automatically deleted from the server.

BunoCS is correct. You were no able to access your account for four years without success, your Yahoo mail account has no doubt been deleted from the server three years ago long before Verizon purchased Yahoo. It no longer exists.
