Hello,
I have a MSI laptop, I bought it recently' and my keyboard is not working properly anymore. Some keys don't work ( c, f, r and backspace). However, when I hold a button, they start to work again until I stop holding said button(like SHIFT). Any advice?

I suggest you contact MSI for warranty service.
You might try using an external USB keyboard until MSI replaces the internal one.
