That is not a pendrive issue but a recording issue. Ensure that the movie is properly recorded and saved then transferred on the pendrive.

I suggest you contact Onida for support.
If I may, it is probably the throughput of the USB that you are using. Is this a USB 1, 2 or 3 device? I suggest moving the file from the USB, to the local for consuming!
Well, TV doesn't have a hard drive, so you need to figure out if the TV has a USB 3 port. If so, move the movies to a USB 3 stick!
