I have 3 columns like
A  B  C  D
1  2  5
2  5  4
3  9  2
4  8  1
5  7  3
Now I Will Compare A And C Column...How To Get B Column Value Against A Column To Get It D Column...?

Please Help Me....

I am confused by the "against" requirement.  I have never seen the Method, or Logic of "against".  Are we comparing?  If so,does the greater, or the lesser win to move on the D column?

Is this homework?  It sure smells of homework!
